Our Leadership

Keith Ledoux is an accomplished and experienced Senior Healthcare Executive who has served in executive leadership roles at several local health insurers in the Northeast. Ledoux started his career at Tufts Health Plan, where he worked for 12 years in senior-level sales roles. He then served as Vice President of Sales at Fallon Health for the next 9 years and, more recently, served as the Senior VP of Sales at Minuteman Health.

Ledoux brings an array of expert knowledge in the area of healthcare consulting. He received his Undergraduate degree from Worcester State University with a BS in Mathematics, concentrating in Actuarial Science. He furthered his education at Kellogg University, at Northwestern, and graduated from the Executive Leadership Program through AHIP.

Dibs Mahanta is a seasoned healthcare professional with an excellent track record in Systems Implementation and Application Integrations in both payer and provider spaces. In his leadership role, Dibs was instrumental in setting up the First Consulting Group’s offshore Health Delivery and Shared Services practice, catering to clients like UPHS, UHHS, Centura, Cedars Sinai, BCBS Louisiana and many more. As a Director of Implementation at Optum, he played a key role in implementing the HIX system for the Massachusetts Health Connector. Dibs is also the founding partner of Agile Health Technologies Inc and Chief Executive at ClearCycle Corporation.

Dibs holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and a PMI Project Management Professional certification. Dibs is also a six-sigma black belt.

Mike Noonan is an executive-level healthcare technology management professional with a proven track record in leading business development, technology integration, and process improvement initiatives. In 2008, he founded Strategic Health Consulting LLC and, as the firm’s Managing Principal, has successfully delivered technology integration, management, and process consulting for a large roster of healthcare clients.

Noonan holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Bentley University and a B.S. from Stonehill College. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification and is a Certified Professional in Electronic Health Records (CPEHR). He is a member of the adjunct graduate faculty at Brandeis University, where he teaches courses in Emerging Healthcare IT.

Ravi Nithyanandham is an accomplished health IT leader with over 17 years of experience in application development and systems implementation. Ravi is one of the founding partners at Agile Health Technologies. He has been instrumental in obtaining and managing multimillion-dollar accounts of Fortune 50 companies. Ravi focuses on building scalable and robust software products and solutions.

Ravi holds a degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
